Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We do not take any responsibility for the damage of goods due to couriering of the item. A quality inspection is done before shipping any product and as such will be replaced if damage is found before shipping.
We, at any time, withhold the right to amend shipping times for your order based on operational considerations or any other logistical reasons.
